Inclusive Fairborn Walk/Run/Roll with Pride
Join us on Saturday June 21, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. for Fairborn’s 2nd Annual Walk/Run/Roll With Pride event at Fairborn Community Park. There will be a chip-timed 5K race and an untimed 1K course. Both courses are on paved paths in the park. The awards are handmade ceramics, and the t-shirts have been designed by a local artist.
Following the 5K and 1K, stay for the Fairborn Community Pride Festival including performances at the amphitheather, food vendors, and booths staffed by community organzations.
As a part of giving back to the community, Inclusive Fairborn is asking for donations of canned goods and Personal Hygiene items. Canned goods will go to FISH pantry in Fairborn and personal hygiene items, including diapers, wipes, tampons, and pads, will be donated to Inclusive Fairborn.

7:00 m to 7:45 am - packet pick up
8:00 am - 5K timed race starts
8:05 am - 1K starts (untimed)
9:30 am - awards & door prizes
10:00 am - festival starts

Course Information
The 5K and 1K will be on paved paths in the park. You must maintain a 20 min/mile pace.
Results and Awards
Results are updated as you finish and can be accessed on the Key Sports website or via the ITS YOUR RACE app. Awards will be ceramic and handmade!
Cancellation Policy
By registering for this race, you agree that there will be no refunds offered for this event. On race day, we will be following the pandemic guidance currently recommended from the State of Ohio. In the event of foul weather, public safety concerns, pandemic, or for any other reason deemed necessary by timing company, race organizers, public safety officials, or anyone else in charge, we reserve the right to reschedule the event date if possible, cancel the race, or convert this to a virtual race. There will be no refunds for any reason and race items will not be mailed.
Weather in Ohio can be unpredictable. Unless we have thunder, lightning, ice on the course, unsafe temperatures, or are not permitted to drive on the roads, we will host the race. If we have to cancel for the aformentioned reasons or other reasons not mentioned, the race will be virtual and shirts will be available for pick up at a date to be determined.
Transfer Policy
If you find that you can no longer participate in this event, transfers to another participant will be permitted through May 22nd.
Refund Policy
There will be no refunds for any reason and race items will not be mailed.
